muslce takes time to grow. As you get older and as long as you train consistently and eat, you will get gains. at 14 my max bench was only 100lbs. creatine won't help you at your age. I was training 4-5 times a week for years before I even needed creatine. I was about 20 when I started it.

I mean currently i max out at a catty (135) on a normal flat bench with 3 reps, i max out curling dumbbells at 45s and i can go on with whatever else i do but regardless, i mean ive actually seen alot of gains, back in november/december i was 12inches flexing now im 14 1/4 but i just want to put on a little more weight At least another 20 pounds so i can be around 130lbs, i'm very cut already too

For a week, use an app/website like myfitnesspal and calculate how many calories you're actually eating. Since you said you've been maintaining weight this whole time, average out your calories by 7 (for the 7 days of eating) and this is probably the amount of calories you need to maintain weight. Eat 10-20% above those calories and you will see the gains come!!!
You probably need to focus on a sound progressive overload training program as well. After you check out the nutrition section of this forum, definitely head over to the workout programs section. Start with something simple like 5x5 for awesome gains during your teen years. You'll also be growing (taller and bigger) since you're only 16, so if you ever stall, you gotta increase your calories again!
Good luck brother. Wish I had started that young and had asked how to approach this fitness life.[Fat Loss|Nutrition|www.MRTIMOTHYLEE.com|Training|ContestPrep]
