    Left bicep is twitching?

    Yesterday, I did workout A of BLSS.
    Today, my left bicep is randomly twitching. It's weird.
    Is there a reason for this? Should I be worried?

    Ive heard two things...A) It's recovering B) Its growing. B is somewhattttt less likely only because you just did the workout yesterday but I'm probably wrong.

    Either way, dont worry because its a good thing

    I'm guessing poor blood circulation, don't sit down for too long & stay active. I get twitches in my legs like what you're talking about after being sat down for too long, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about.

    Never happened before, but I think it could be sodium. My intake of sodium today is pretty high compared to other days. How much sodium (mg) should I take daily? I don't think it's potassium, I ate a banana today and one last night.
