I am going for a 6 pack this time. Around 9% BF. I am around 12-13% now. Weighed in at 154lbs last night.
Still benching over 300 lbs with low carbs. I had a total of 130 carbs yesterday. I am upping my protein too to keep as much mass as I can. I am not doing any cardio or fat burners.
Any and all advice welcome. I will update with progress.

A cut below 10 would suit u I think good some good mass there
Might need to lose more than 9 pounds then again maybe not
