    serious mass

    Does anybody have any good experiences with this supplement? I'm going to try it out because I want to gain 20 pounds. I've read some good reviews on it and was wondering if any body had past or present experiences.

    Best option to gain mass is to eat real food and get more calories in you. A single product will not work the magic for you.

    Your caloric surplus and amount you eat needs to increase

    what does a daily intake or amount of food look like for you?

    Eating big only facilitates muscle growth, so you need to train big too. Stick to exercises that work groups of muscle, like squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc. Workouts that incorporate multiple muscle groups stimulate growth.

    Post a typical day of food for you and ill tell you what to change or add
    Easily add 2 glasses of milk and 2 PB and Banana Bagels
    Bet you start gaining weight.
