Will someone explain NOTLD to me? Their site sucks and is never updated. What's the date? Is it raw or with suits? Is it best overall lift or some formula? Is there prizes?

Master to Elite and above Advanced.

USPA has been doing a good job at redefining their classifications as the years go by and more numbers have been acquired and calculated. The Rusians do this as well with what they call, at least how google translates it, their Russian Discharge Standards. Current good from 2014-2017. Russian standards do allow IPF approved single ply gear in achieving their numbers. USPA has broken everything down from multiply, singleply, belt+wraps, and belt no wraps. They also broke down each lift.

For example the USPA in the 198lbs weight class belt no wraps
    Class 4 858
    Class 3 987
    Class 2 1131
    Class 1 1280
    Master 1436
    Elite 1558
International Elite 1698 (This is something unique to USPA as well)

Here's a couple spreadsheets I try and keep updated.

    Fam, halp.

Almost all of my gym's bars are bent and none have decent knurling. In the past I've had injuries from a bent bar rolling down my shoulders while squatting and a bent bar slipping in my hands while pulling, so I'm pretty cautious. Never had this problem when I lifted at a PL gym with good bars.
I had my gym's owner, AND a different gym's owner, tell me it's not worth them buying one or two decent bars (TPB, Quest bar, or even a Rogue bar) especially if nobody else, including myself, is lifting a ton of weight.
So, am I justified in buying my own bar, or am I just being a little bitch and need to lift with what everyone else is using until I'm pulling some crazy amount?

    5. Get a home gym
    ....
    Crossfit
all of that just not crossfit. And I'm getting a Jesup bar when I get back from vacay.

I do 1 and can't do 4 or 5. Stuck in an apartment till I finish school. They said I can bring my own and keep it there, so I planned on using a Proloc Blocker collar. I forgot to look at Jesup though. About to look through all the bar threads here.

So Fam I was bored one day and just going through the supplement stuff since I know a decent amount about that crap. Went into the promotion section and stumbled onto this gem.

    Company Rep Application

Why are you interested in becoming a company rep?

I am a fitness junkie! I love lifting, supplements, and nutrition. I also love helping to inspire others to better themselves. Being a company rep would help fill out my day with more fitness related activity. I currently train twice a day (5am cardio/abs, 3pm heavy lifting) Mon-Saturday, work at a supplement store, and study for my personal training exam. I do a little modeling on the side and compete in natural bodybuilding and powerlifting

-Special achievements or awards in either fitness competitions, sporting events, or similar activities

*2nd place in the JR. Class at my Last APA meet - 220 Jr. RAW Class - 1075 total
1175 RAW Powerlifting 'Gym' Total (Pushing for 1400 @ my next meet)
I have also recently done a fitness photo shoot which I consider to be an accomplishment (pictures below)

*My first ever power lifting meet~! Definitely not the last

-Experience with the supplement industry (sponsored logs run, sponsored product reviews, supplements taken)

Currently I use Caffeine, Taurine,Yohimbe, Naicin, AAKG, Creatine, BCAAs (Especially Leucine), Glutamine, Beta-Alanine, and of course whey protein.

Log for Juggernaut by Infinite Labs:
    http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=131816593

-Have you been a company rep before?

Never a supplement company rep but I have done a demo for Top Secret Nutrition and am somewhat of a rep at the supplement store I work in (Max Muscle). I do samplings and talk about supplements all day.

I also have a background in promotional marketing and sales.

-Hours available daily to post content on the forums

If chosen for a position I would be most available during the day (7am-3pm) but also quite a bit in the evenings. I would be able to put in atleast 40 hours a week on the forums and other social media (********, instagram, twitter).

I take all of my business ventures very seriously and would be as active as needed. I have a small town mentality about work. I believe if you get something you gotta work for it. Somebody does me a favor and I try to pay it back ten fold. When I rep something out, I rep it out hardcore. Check out this advertisement I made (filmed, edited...everything) for Juggernaut by Infinite Labs...all because they sent me a few free supps. Don't judge my appearance too harshly, that was 2 years ago lol

-Anything else special about yourself that sets you apart

Unlike most people who apply for positions on here I am an active competitor and model (have done advertisement, runway (Dillards/Hugo's Boss), fitness, and stock photographs for a romance novel company). Simply put, I walk the walk. Even though my recent post history is scarce I was once a very active member on these boards.

-When would you be available to begin?
Immediately. No time like the present
For some reason the walk the walk line made me think "this guys a dick". I left a comment but guess it got deleted. Anyway I've had a couple of 20 beers and stumbling through intrawebz for APA (the fed I'm competing in) I found this dude, and sparked a search for his lovely youtubes.

The new shoes are missing the first lace loop for some inexplicable reason and don't fit as nicely because of this. I sent mine back and went back to using my reds.
