I'm afraid so. I'm starting to think about taking a hiatus from pulling again. 6-8 weeks maybe. I was doing okay with just a little sumo pulling after all my conventional work, but if I can't pull exclusively sumo then I'm obviously not fully healed. I'm thinking I'll still squat and do accessory hamstring work, but no deadlifts whatsoever. We'll see I'll make a final decision in a week or two on that.

So today is my birthday, and true to my annual birthday bad luck I had to cover somebody else's shift at work, so after my 8 hours I had to drive to a different location and cover the rest of theirs, on my way my car over heated.
