I've recently discovered that detour protein bars are the GOAT
Why do my knees just randomly decide to fuk me? Had no patellar tendinitis for the past 6 months doing sheiko and squatting 2-4x a week. I then transition to 1x week frequency, and can barely complete a session due to my knees feeling like there was glass inside of them.
