Had to change my bench plan from 405 for a tng single, to 350x3x1 Long pause. Last pause was 4 seconds. Followed by 275x10 close grip. Looks like 405 waits another week..

Not as bad as 50 cent's first pitch. Never understood how people mess up first pitches, you literally just toss a ball 60 feet with no real speed needed. If I ever was doing one and had never played any sport in my life, I'd just do like 10 practices before hand and then it's almost impossible to f*ck up.
