1500 calorie diet + fat burner = %1 bf lose... Is it normal ?

    Hello everyone,
I been doing 1500 calorie diet + taking lipo 6 black for last 2 weeks... Is it normal that I only lost %1 of bf ? I only eat protein, no carbs or sugars and also that
I do lots of cardio exercises going to gym more than 5 days. What I see is that I still weigh 75.8 kilos didnt change for last 2 weeks. Minimum was 74.2 kilos but not a big difference i guess. I am 19 years old and have 6 pack, but its not shredded as I want to be.. What should I do to lower bf% ? My bf is %13.4 and
10 kilos of fat mass ( 22 pounds). Im thinking to change my fat burner cause I dont think that it worked for me at all...

Instead of worrying about your fat burner that is probably just a dehydrater with caffeine in it, you should worry about reading the ****ing sticky

You shouldn't be cutting at your age and stats. You are also worrying about a BF% measurement that is likely very inaccurate. And you say you are only eating protein? Why is that? Are you really eating no carbs or fat? That is an extremely bad idea. Last thing, the fat burner you are taking is a total waste of time.

Are you trying to have the physique of a teenage girl that works on her abs a lot or something???

Anyway. Measure your food more closely. You're probably eating more calories than you think. A lot of people, including me, started off estimating their servings and end up eating several hundred extra calories a day. Do yourself a favor and buy a digital food scale, ditch the fat burners, read the stickies and lift some weights.

    ^Oh yea. The protein thing.

OP. Wtf? How are you even doing that? Just drinking whey protein everyday?
Fats help to regulate your hormone levels. And that affects your muscle gain, fat loss, libido (sex drive), and other things. Don't skip on the fats, man. They don't make you fat. Excess amounts of calories do. Do fret. I mad a similar mistake.

And no carbs, bro? Why??? They don't make you fat either. They just cause a bit of water retention. And that builds underneath your muscles. So it won't cover up your abs like fat will.
