    Fat burners!? Help! 1st comp

    Hi! I am planning on doing my first bikini competition in October. Does anyone know if cellucor super HD is allowed in OCB (natural) federation??

    I can't speak on effectiveness but there is nothing in it that I can see that would be a banned substance.

    It's allowed. I used it for my first show. Fat burners don't do much in my opinion, unless you have trouble controlling your appetite. Cellucor is really expensive too
