creatine bad or good?
I have heard its hard on your kidneys and that it actually doesnt do a whole lot to increase size or strength it just makes you look bigger, is this true?

Whey and food kid.
I've been doing this **** for over a year, I've tried everything. Yes it works, no most of the stuff you take won't f*ck you up if you read the instructions. Do you need it? HELL NO! All I take now is whey, food, and a multi. I'm having more gains than ever.

It has different effects on different individuals and it can only be harmful if you don't drink enough water. It works fine for me.

its most dangerous to your kidneys if you take too much
small daily doses of the recommended amount is okay, with mono, dont go off thinking u can handle 20g a day, that'll do a number on u

I stay at 10g a day and don't do a loading phase. I take 5g with preworkout meal and 5g with post workout shake. I cycle 4 weeks on 1 week off.

it's the same with pretty much everything. If you take way more than you should (i.e. 20g a day) of course you're gonna have problems. Just stay within the recommended doses and you'll be fine.
I was pretty happy with Green Bulge pre w/o and CE3 post (8g of CEE total)
