Currently @150lbs, 18.3% BF
I do not know whether to BULK or to CUT
I had actually bulked to 156lbs, but my BF went up to 20% so I was cut short and decided to slim down again,
I'm basically back where I started after switching up.
My lifts however have gotten up
Bench: 95 to 145
Dead: 100 - 190
Squats: 100-165
I am on ICF 5x5
Any recommendations?
Go on a cut untill ~10%? or Bulk slowly and do it CLEAN this time? at what BF % should I stop bulking? I really dont mind 20% if it means I'll be big

Yeah eat at maintenance and lift and once you stall for a week or two increase cals by 100
