My brother was born in 93, he had the special edition Pikachu gameboy color and one day he wasn't letting me play so I snatched it and he chased me, we were also getting our windows replaced at the time so I ran and just threw it out the window from the 2nd floor since he was going to catch up to me regardless and wouldn't let me play. Lol I was stupid

My dad was a huge nerd. Whenever he was home on R&R, he'd play the old Zelda games on the NES. He'd plug both controllers up to make me thing I was playing with him, lol. I remember he played video games so strangely, he held the controller with a pronated grip. I've been in love with the Zelda franchise since day 1.

My household skipped it, my brother had the brick gameboy and I was rocking a sweet turquoise GBC, got it on pokemon yellows release iirc.

You couldn't bite AAA's when they ran out and everyone knows biting AA's gives you an extra 30 minutes of power so lol @ gameboy pockets.

mirin everything brah. I have a green gameboy color, a white gameboy advance, a red gameboy advance sp, a nintendo 64, and a gamecube. Also got a wii and a ds but those aren't as fun imo. I've replayed all the old pokemon games over 20-30 times each srs, loved em.

Plus, a lot of the gaming companies had made their own poor decisions and went under. Like treco. They made warsong, my favorite RPG of all time.

I played ocarina of time. But when I was a kid I had a hard time with RPGs.

Game were 30 times harder 25 years ago.

I read a deal about donkey kong the big arcade machine and it said that 80% of people that played that game never made it past the third level
