Rockets should have gotten blown out last night despite the calls they were getting in the second half. Glad to see Beverley is good for Game 2 though because fuk they need his energy. They needed his energy last night. They would have been flat as fuk if not for his energy. I've accepted the fact that Lillard and Aldridge will probably fukkin dominate the series scoring wise srs. There are times when Beverley goes in there and gets some offensive rebounds. In this series against this team the Rockets need all the offensive boards they can get because clearly those fukkin *******s are getting angus raped in defensive rebounding allowing tip in's and second chance possessions. If Howard and Asik get in early foul trouble again Rockets are in trouble. I believe Howard had to sit almost the entire third quarter. They need his rebounding against the Blazers. I expect the officiating to be bad again on both sides srs. If you are a Rocket or a Blazer fan and you expect the officiating to be good I got bad news for you son srs.

Repost????
NEW YORK -- Rod Thorn, NBA President, Basketball Operations, issued the following statement Monday regarding a play late in the fourth quarter of the Portland Trail Blazers' 122-120 win over the Houston Rockets on April 20, at Toyota Center:
"After video review by the league office, we have determined that the officials were incorrect in assessing a foul to the Rockets' Dwight Howard with 10.8 seconds remaining in overtime. The foul should have been called on the Blazers' Joel Freeland and Howard should have been awarded two free throws."

Just came to post this but I think the whole GAME was called badly. NBA needs to address this ASAP. In a game where fouling is PART of the game, fouls should be reviewed. There are few fouls in NHL games and pretty few in NFL games. NBA games that are close have a TON of fouls. At this point, a foul is basically a play, and plays should be reviewable.

I'm not a Rockets fan. I'm complaining about fouls PERIOD. That's what EVERY person in this thread is saying. No one is complaining that one team got favored.(Maybe during the game but not after) It's that the game was badly officiated period. I think everyone here is tired of refs making big time bad calls and ruining games. Sometimes it feels like were watching Children's refereeing and not Pro Basketball.

Lillard getting another chance to go HAM on Beverly... I have a feeling Damian is happy he gets to do it all over again, he's the kind of dedicated player that will work 24/7 to overcome his weaknesses, as exhibited in Game 1. I think he'd be really disappointed if Beverly didn't play (srs).

As far as Lillard vs Beverly goes I expect Lillard to get his srs. To me its not about locking Lillard down. Its about the little defensive sequences that provides energy for the Rockets. Without Beverley they don't have that energy. Especially at home, he gets that home crowd into the game. Lillard will probably score 20+ have 5+ assists. The key for the Rockets to slow him down is to get the ball out of his hand early in the possession and make him work. Aldridge gonna Aldridge regardless.. you just have to contest and hope for the best srs. As I have said before Rockets have to rebound. Can't let Portland get those second chance opportunities and offensive rebound tip ins.. its already killed them in this series. Foul trouble will be huge in Game 2 as well. Fuk u ******* Adam Silver for making us wait until Wednesday u bald fukkin ******* (srs)
