So Phil doesn't actually claim anywhere in the video that he'll win 9 Mr Olympias, right? He just says he'll probably retire in 6 years.

I wonder if he will still retire in 6 if he loose an Olympia over the next 1 -2 years, on the footage supplied by OP Heath's voice sounds deeper than I have heard it before. Agree with others Heath is a very good and clear speaker and a smart business man coming up with an exit strategy.

In the little snippet I watched seemed very smart and humble. Good that he has an exit strategy. This means he will probably try and time it so he goes out on top, rather than fade away in placings. Also probably cares about health, maybe having kids/family, business, future jobs, etc.

For him to achieve such a feat he would need to win 6 out of the 7 remaining years he has left, which doesn't give him much margin of error. I think there's quite a few variables that could affect him e.g. level of competition improving, injury, coming in off, etc, and within that time period there's a decent chance that one might come into play. But to be fair to Phil I wouldn't put it past him, he has a great track record of always showing up at his best, and even though he's been in the game for 12 years he paces himself with only doing a few shows a year. I think this will help him in the long-term.

Phil is certainly consistent, and I think he will continue to be.I dont think he can improve his physique to much.
It will take another Dorian,Ronnie or Jay to beat Phil and at the moment I dont know who that could be?
Personally I'am not the biggest fan of phil's physique, he seems to be getting thicker on the midsection and his v-taper wont get any better because his bone structure wont allow it and thus creates a less proportional physique when compared to other top pro's. Of course his strong points are so strong his weaker points dont matter as much.
Its gonna take someone with more size, as good conditioning and a better shape. Prince Cedric definitely has better shape then Phil but he needs more muscle and needs to absolutely nail his condition.
Kai can beat Phil, he has beaten him in the past so he can do it again, but until he can come in perfect for the Olympia he will not be winning it.
and then there are the younger and less experienced guys coming up such as John Delarosa, Justin compton and Big Ramy.
I dont think Justin Compton can beat heath yet but they are the same stage weight and height, it would be very interesting to see how Compton fares against Phill and other top 6'ers

The famous Tony Freeman quote is the reason. Essentially width is going to catch up with him sooner or later, RAMY has 50lbs on Heath, muscle mass should be important in bodybuilding, also as others have said who knows what will happen to Muscletech in 9years.
