when i started exercising in college, my personal trainer who was a bodybuilder and power lifter, told me that what he'd do is make my leg workouts short and sweet, because i said i hated them. he gave me RDLs, squats, etc for 2 leg days a week and told me to hit them few reps but as much weight as i could move. i ended up loving those much more than the standard bro-split for upper body that he gave me (my insistence, actually, i was intimidated by his recommendations of focusing on barbell work)
do legs, you'll love it.Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

Chicken breasts costs less than protein bars...
Wtf. Do legs...
Protein = 0.85 x body weight
Fats = 0.45 x body weight
Carbs = whatever
Aim to gain 0.5 to 1 lb per week. Its all about the calories.Been serious about these Macros since 06/2013
