Hey guys, Good Friday was yesterday and Good Monday is coming up. I did not train yesterday because most gyms are closed, either way I wasnt paying for a single day use...twice
Should I treat these 7! days off as a deload???
What yall do on holidays?
Lol I really want to do my monday workout on tuesday and go right at it again the next day

I took the weekend off since wednesday since I pulled a muscle in my neck so need to rest anyways. Will hit the gym as normal on Tuesday pending muscle soreness and not care. A week off here and there is good for growth and motivation, I was getting kind of burnt out and now after 3 days off I can't fricking wait to get back to the gym and lift.

I took a week off once and became weaker. I do better by lifting light for a week. Then I come back stronger. But anyway... there's nothing you can do about it. Just eat and rest good. Then continue as you normally would.
