5 days out after leg day. Felt really good even though I was only on FIFTY... YES FIFTY.. grams of carbs. Very flat. I'm gonna look freaky with some carbs in me... Slowly carbing up tomorrow; wednesday I will load up. I have faith in my dad controlling my carbs. Tomorrow is chest day!

just some tips for your youtube channel stop repeating yourself you mentioned you were 1 week out and on low carbs about 3 times in one vid aha
also just wondering how come you put on your belt before you go to the gym to do arms aha
