After being on and off with fitness for the last 11 years I decided to get my sh"t together and finally get the physique I want. I got a trainer for motivation and helping purposes to get back in the weight room. So over being a hamster on the treadmill.
I am a size 12/14 and looking to get down to a 2/4 as I am only 5'1. I'm also working on leaving the scale for the tape measure.
In the past few months I have scaled back on social drinking and this week decided to forgo it all together. I have recently lost 15 lbs and have been focusing on eating whole, healthy food.
Long story short: plan on lifting hard, eating clean, and finally looking like someone who spends time in the gym.
