Newbie here, all about cheddar cheese - Help

There has been a lot of concern in the forums about eating Cheese. Lets look at the nutritional value for hard cheddar:

    Total Fat 33 g 50%
    Saturated fat 21 g 104%
    Polyunsaturated fat 0.9 g
    Monounsaturated fat 9 g
    Cholesterol 105 mg 35%
    Sodium 621 mg 25%
    Potassium 98 mg 2%
    Total Carbohydrate 1.3 g 0%
    Dietary fiber 0 g 0%
    Sugar 0.5 g
    Protein 25 g 50%

You can see, very little carbs, high fat and high protein. What is there to stop me eating this all day and still lose body fat and go into ketosis. Is there a special property in dairy that makes ketosis not work properly? Even if you eat 400g in one day or 12 oz a day, you are still only consuming 5 g of Carbs, plus you are eating similar amounts of fat to protein. Surely this is a keto wonder food? I need help on this guys

There's absolutely nothing wrong with cheese. But too much of anything is bad. You need efa's and not have most of your fats solely come from saturated fat.

Do you like hemorrhoids? This diet will surely fail from a health standpoint.

Those are RDA (recommended daily values) and I'm a little skeptical because I feel the food pyramid is upside-down. I might be a little evangelical because I'm a new convert, however. I avoided fat like the plague and it has taken me several months to edge into this new awareness.

But yeah, cheddar good! 2-3 ounces a day here.
