Been lifting for 1 year now, and thanks to lurking / reading all of your advice I have packed around a stone of muscle (maybe some fat?!) on what was a very small frame. I'm still small but heading in the right direction.
Anyway thanks for all the fantastic information and inspiration you've all (unknowingly) provided to date.
Despite eagerly waiting my 35th birthday to post this, I'll have to make this a short message as we're away for my birthday and I'm typing this from a hotel room (not how I planned this - the trip was a surprise!).
At least I can contribute to the forum now after we return home....

Thanks all
I started off my journey around 5 years ago and was +200 lbs. Got down to 144 lbs last April and am currently weighing in @ 158 lbs.
Psychologically I am struggling a little bit with the weight gain, but my strength has gone up a lot I don't think I'm putting on too much fat. My jeans still fit very similar around the waist from being 144lbs so I can't be doing that bad.
Either way I much prefer the way I look and feel now to last April!!
