I have been consistently losing 1lbs a week on my cut.. This morning expecting to be one pound lighter then last week.. I instead gained 0.5lbs..whats going on? I track my calories very closely and weigh everything

Eating20% below tdee (1800 calories) 1g per pound of protein. 45g fats

Water weight, most likely. Don't sweat it (or do, as the case may be).

It happens. For example.. 3 weeks ago I weighed in at 175.4.. then the next week it was 175.8... then the next week it was 175.6... then this week it was a drastic drop to 172.6. Plateaus happen, it's normal, don't freak out.. you can't expect to consistently just lose 1 LB a week non-stop.. it doesn't work that way. I should also add that I was losing 1.3 every week for about 3 1/2 months...
Learning something new here every single day... and I'm still not sure if I understand : /
