New to Forum and I have a couple questions.

    Hello all,

I am not new to nutrition or working out. But I am new to taking supplements. I guess I'll state a bit about myself, I am:

    -19
    -weigh 200.4 lbs
    -BF%-17% (last time i checked)
    - I started last month to workout 5 times a week for 1 hr 30 min.
-Nutrition is good, it can be improved.
-fat is primarily located around mid section and lower chest
    - I am doing weights but only so I don't lose what muscle I already have. I swam in high school and did other sports, but freshmen year of college made me gain a couple lbs of fat lol

I bought the GNC AMP Mega Men Ripped Vitapak ( I know probably wasted my money, but I did not know any better). I finished it already though. When I first started using the Vitapak I weighed in at 211 lbs. Since then I have lost 10.6 lbs. Even though I know some of it was water weight, thanks to the Waterex, and the other thanks to dedication. I did notice some small changes in how I felt as a whole even before the weight loss. I know that Orange Triad is supposed to be good, I have read plenty on it. But I know it is just a multivitamin, and I want to take a fat burner to gain a bit of an edge in my workouts.

    My questions are basically:
1)What is a good multivitamin (other than OT) that I can take?
    2) What fat burner can I stack it with?

Thanks in advance guys, I appreciate any input!

OT isn't just a multi, it has stuff for joint support as well. You can stack any fat burner with OT or most multi vitamins.

I like Orange Triad. Definitely check out NutriForce Sports WODPak. Yeah, it has that crossfit branding, but the actual content is awesome.

    Congratz on losing 10lbs btw!

1.) I know you said you didn't want OT, but that is my recommendation
2.) Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite did win fat burner of the year at this past bb.com supplement awards. It will give you energy and appetite suppression but you do still need to eat in a deficit to lose the weight.

Animal Pak would be another solid Multi OP

how is your diet and training OP? Are you in a good caloric deficit to help reach your fatloss goals? That will be much more important than a fat burner

    If Cutting Read the following:

As far as caloric deficit I am supposed to eat 2500 calories to maintain but I am eating an average of 1500 calories/per day.

My diet needs a bit of tweaking, I do not eat/drink fast foods, sodas, candy or anything like that. It is more a matter of balancing my fats, proteins, and carbs.

I also eat late? I don't know if that has something to do with prohibiting me from good steady fatloss.

I will checkout those links though. thanks!

Eating only 1500 calories is limiting your fat loss IMO . That is to low

1500 kcals is way too low there is your problem. not a fat burner.

    1. OT or Anavite
    2. Check out Velocity XT 2.0, OP. It is a non-prop blend, and is great for a boost in mood and energy on a cut.
