    Working out before breakfast?

I'm am currently on a cut and am wondering if I should get my workout in as soon as I wake up before eating my breakfast so I can burn more fat, and then get my breakfast after?

Do what works best for you (fasted or non-fasted).
    - Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

Many train religiously fasted, and many train with food.

    Do what's best for yourself.

What are you trying to optimize? I personally train to build as much muscle as possible. Anything else is secondary to that. So I would never train fasted. I even drink carbs/protein(amino acids) during training to aid in growth and slow muscle degradation.
