Has this ever happened before? I've almost **** my pants about a million times but never even had the slightest urge to puke mid lift. I try not to eat too much during meets, just enough to keep my energy up, and usually foods that are easily/quickly digested. I always lol when I see guys scarfing down 5 Mcdonalds cheeseburgers in between lifts. So pointless.

probably best to not eat a grip ton of crap before a lift. 5 burgers...not going to make you lift an insane pr. Never understood why people insist on eating a bunch of garbage before a meet or during.

Yea, I missed it. Was coming up, but didn't have the lockout. I did take what I think were a couple of caffeine pills about twenty minutes before my pulls (this was my third), but I've felt it close to coming up in training before, first time that's really been a factor. And it was pretty close on my second, but i haven't had the vomit sensation in anything other than deadlift. Though torque has been making me burp hardcore past couple/three months, and I knew I'd hurl if I took a shot on my dl.
