    Smile Quick Fat Loss (PSMF)

    Hello all,

    I'm new on here and have joined so I can track my progress easily and can keep on top of things efficiently because I'm busy studying and training etc.

    A bit about me, I'm a college soccer player (Freshman) and have come in this Spring with a high body fat that I need to get down quickly. I have a good muscle mass for my sport and I'm not looking to bulk and not to fussed about losing a little bit of muscle at this time.

    Anyway, to lose fat quickly before I go home to England I'm doing a 30 day PSMF type diet to quickly shred fat before I can concentrate on fitness ahead of my first season in the Fall. I read on here about a guy that successfully lost 30lbs in 6 weeks by only consuming 6 scoops of whey a day as well as other supplements such as multi vitamins.

    This is my plan:

    3 whey shakes a day
    Multi Vitamins
    1 Fibre One bar
    1 cup of Watermelon
    Plenty of water!

    Along with this I will workout 3 times a week and light cardio 2 times a week.

    This is a thread to update everyone with my progress and gain some motivation from you who decide to go against me.

    I'll do daily updates and probably pictures every now and again.

    Any ideas are welcome!

    Would not do this. Odds of keeping it up for 30 days are extremely low. Why whey shakes? If I was eating that little I would for sure eat something solid like chicken breast. Also, Lyle McDonald, the guy who literally wrote the book on PSMF, does not recommend you do it for more then 2 weeks without then taking a break at a regular caloric deficit.

I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad,they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

    Add some real food to protect your muscles like chicken/turkey breast, vegetables, fresh almond and berries, little bit of olive oil can help too.

    Good luck, but your diet sounds not healthy to me...

    I will do a reefed once a week but Im short of time, depending on how things go and how I feel with probably depend on how long I do it.

    Thank you for the responses, I can't upload a daily wait at the moment because the scales died but I will update my progress later!
