i think what hes getting at is if you do 30 seconds sprinting, followed by 30 seconds low intensity or resting, by the 60th time you're not really sprinting.
i dont think even top athletes could run 60 full on sprints in 60 minutes... thats why people say HIIT generally can't be done for 1 hour.
no one is saying you can't work hard for an hour, but at some point you're not really going fast or hard enough for it to really be considered HIIT.** Patriots Crew **
