    i think what hes getting at is if you do 30 seconds sprinting, followed by 30 seconds low intensity or resting, by the 60th time you're not really sprinting.

    i dont think even top athletes could run 60 full on sprints in 60 minutes... thats why people say HIIT generally can't be done for 1 hour.

    no one is saying you can't work hard for an hour, but at some point you're not really going fast or hard enough for it to really be considered HIIT.

    Yea it's hard to go too ham on raw fish sushi. But I would just get a couple extra rolls and then cut out my late night eggs and beef etc
