Long time no post phuckers, hows the crew doing? Went out last weekend, only had a few slices of pizza between 2pm sat and 5:30am on the yucky train home. Tried low carb (50-100) for a few days to see what would happen and weight didnt change so it looks like my body is not very carb sensitive anymore like it used to be. Brb eating the entire half baked froyo I have saved away in my freezer.

Formal this weekend, more yucky, looks like I'm going to have to mini cut sooner than expected lol

Dropping weight too fast. Have been advised to do 2 350-400g carb days a week, and a cheat meal every 10-14 days depending on how rapidly dropping. I've always lost my 2lbs for this week and it's just Thursday
