Yup. Got a sneak peak at some of the other competitors there. Won't comment on them specifically since you never know what they got going on under their clothes -- but there were a LOT of them. Registration lady said there were 30+ in all divisions(including bikini, physique, etc.).

Hey everyone, long time lurker here. Quick question for you guys; Do you guys think (in your opinion obviously) that I have enough mass to justify continuing my cut? I've been making good progress, losing about 1lb/week for the past 2 months or so. I know that weight is just a number, but what bothers me is that I currently only weigh 150lbs at 5'7, so I feel like if I would want to reach true shreds i'd have to be 140lbs or less, auschwitz mode.

My boss at work today asked me how I've been able to eat chicken and basmati rice with veggies every day for the last 4 months.

Bro meals in bulk, no one at work understands my feels...

Weighed 189.2 today, weight chart moving nicely, getting yucky tomorrow night in NYC and then at 9am sunday going to a bar by empire state building to watch Chelsea play Liverpool. Das not safening.
