1 advice I can give to SCC:
-going up to maintenance cals for a 'cutting break' or something else is the worst. Dont do it until you're done with your cut.

Brb hungry af every fuken day. I swear it wasnt this bad when I was in deficit 2 weeks ago. Its like increasing cals did something to my body that is making hungry af no matter that Im eating 3k cals everyday.

True that. Thats my goal after summer, try to maintain a decent bf%, dont go full retard dirty bulk, lift 3-4 days a week, stay injury free, and focus other chit in life

Was just thinking the same thing over the weekend. I don't have as much muscle mass as you; but, I enjoy being lean. I'm not doing any comps, so my lifting and dieting is for personal goals, and staying healthy. ......
