    Unless it's my biceps. Those just keep working and never get bigger.

    Do full body twice a week. Squats one session, deads the next, bb bench one session, incline bench the next. Mix it up, keep it interesting, seeing good gains.

    They get fat because of a chit diet, not because they do fullbody workouts. I switched to fullbody 3 days a week a while ago and it's going great. I do 2 exercises per muscle at 3x10 and a little cardio post workout and gains are coming.

    Due to my circumstance, I could only really go to the gym once a week so I had to do full body. I didn't bother with just doing a few big compounds, how the **** are you gonna actually grow properly like that? I did lots of volume and a fair amount of isolation too but the body parts I hit at the end of the workout invariably suffered... Was just chitty all around to be honest.     I've always done a full body work out except for a short 3 month stint where I switched to a bro split. I've gone from 270 to 177, or wherever I am at now, I haven't weighed myself in a while.

    In all seriousness, I think a full upper body and full lower body day is ok if you isolate during the other days of your workouts. I lift 4-5 days a week brah and saw good gains doing full body workouts. That said, I don't do them anymore but they helped me early on.
