Due to my circumstance, I could only really go to the gym once a week so I had to do full body. I didn't bother with just doing a few big compounds, how the **** are you gonna actually grow properly like that? I did lots of volume and a fair amount of isolation too but the body parts I hit at the end of the workout invariably suffered... Was just chitty all around to be honest. Don't get me wrong, I did make progress but I'd love to see how I looked if I could have consistently gone 3 days a week for all that time.

I've always done a full body work out except for a short 3 month stint where I switched to a bro split. I've gone from 270 to 177, or wherever I am at now, I haven't weighed myself in a while.
