    Pain right side under ribs

Hello. Did all the tests. No deviations no more liver. But why when you drink a protein or gainer, and starts hurting right under the ribs? Has anyone experienced this ?

Gallstones? You could have small ones clunking around that haven't passed yet, or one could have recently passed and inflamed the duct on its way out. Could be not much to worry about, usually people just pass tiny ones with little to no pain and move on in their life. Trouble starts when you get big ones and they get stuck in the duct. If you already had an ultrasound or CT they would've noticed it, though.
Also, seems weird to get the pain after plain protein, usually it'll act up when you're digesting a lot of fat, so if you have a high fat gainer, that would make sense.
