Best Cereals That Meet The 5:5:10?

At least 5 grams of fiber, at least 5 grams of protein, and no more than 10 grams of sugar.

What are the best tasting cereals that meet this criteria?

Most of the Kashi Go Lean cereals meet this criteria.

Berry Crumble is pretty good - IMO.

Kashi go lean crunch. Love that stuff. I used to buy 20 boxes when it went on sale at Costco, would be 5.69 for two big bags in one box. Now Costco around here dropped it you can only buy it at grocery stores for one of the Costco sized bags for 7.99. That's like 3x the price. I don't eat it anymore but dang I miss it

Keep in mind it's mainly soy; not necessarily a bad thing but typically shouldn't be your main source of protein.

Aussies will know all too well the infamous weet bix... best tasting cereal and is very good nutritionally too..
    stats per 2x biscuits:
    P 3.7g
    F 0.4g
    C 20.1g (Sugar <1g)
    Fibre 3.3g

considering most people have 2-3x that serving amount then the macros are very healthy

It's 13g of protein... It's not gunna be anybody's main source of protein.

Eat the cereal if you like it. It's a good balance of carbs and protein. Soy is not bad for you especially at this small of an amount
