The result of 12 weeks of bulking.
The major goal was to add mass to my legs as they are lacking in size. It started off well enough and strength went up a good bit and I think I could see some gains, I then however pulled my hamstring playing football so couldn't do any leg work for the last 4-5 weeks, which severely halted progress and motivation took a hit as well.
Anyway my before pictures I'm at around 173 pounds and after I'm at around 185
Can you notice any difference? First 3 in black pants are before

Thanks man, I find it hard to see results from the pictures but definitely feel like I've made progress, added about 12 pounds and didn't gain too much fat.
Also much leaner than the last time I bulked to this weight so hopefully I'll have a more successful cut this time and be able to get shredded.

Thanks, I've had the acne since about 15 or 16 was worse back then and took something for it dont bother anymore though, it's not that bad really, looks worse in the photos, plus milk seems to make it worse and I drink a lot of milk while bulking
Cutting now so no milk so it should clear up a bit and the sun usually does it good as well so should clear up a bit soon enough
