What happened on the third rep is the left side came down on the cage. Ive already decided to not deadlift in the cage anymore.
My gym only has the octagon plates that are as annoying as fuark. Any tips when deadlifting and using these?
This is my first time deadlifting in over a year. Even back then I abandoned it before I got good at it. Thats why the weight is light. I want to know if Im using correct form before I start going heay.
