Total of 80lbs lost. 250 to 170lbs. Supplements used, 15 dollar whey protein from walmart and N-large from supplement ware house on my heavy powerlifting days. Otherwise lots of meal prepping, weighing out all my food and tracking calories. started out at 2500 calories and as I lost weight I re-calculated my calorie intake. Now I eat around 1900 calories a day. I Use a 40 35 25 % IIFYM
2 heavy days, 2 light speed days and one sometimes 2 cardio days.

Awesome job! I also went through a transformation similar to yours(not as cut tho) I went from 260 to currently 185ish. One of my biggest problems right now is loose skin and stretch marks. Did you have these problems and if so any advice?

I did the weight loss pretty slow in stages. I do have stretch marks on my sides. They are fadded to a point, but still there.
