My body fat?
I'm 5'8 160 pounds and 17 years old. Anyone that can guess what my bf% is? Just so you know, the last piece of flab on the low part of my stomach is loose skin since when I lost weight.

I'm 27 years old 6'4 and 221.4 in this pic. Started at 255 in mid April and am a little more than halfway to my goal of 200. Any guess on bodyfat %?

Hello,
been cutting about 3 months from 98,5 kg to 94kg now with a weight gain from creatin about 1,5-2 kg since last week. Height 183,5 cm, age 27, DCI 1800-2000kcal.
Omron scale says 21.8-25,8 depending of the time of a day, calliper formulas give est. 11-13%. Me myself visually would say about 18%.
Note that the camera actually shows about 25% better definition than is seen in real life.
The last pic is with flexed abs just for comparison.

MouthForWar--It looks to me like you are flexing. Also, you are hiding your lower abs with your fist. Based on that, going to have to guess 15%. You have plenty of muscle mass and can definitely cut more.

just started cutting about a week ago and these are my before pics. I'm a little bit less fat now but still pretty fat. My guess was around 28% - 30% but I'd like to see what you guys think

i'm 6' 1" and 173 lbs. what do you guys think? I'm trying to cut until my lower abs show, then clean bulk my way to a good size while trying dat creatine.

icecold - 12-15%. At 10-12% your abs would show completely without flexing. You are almost there.

Hey guys, wanted to know if you could give me a quick estimation as to my body fat %. Been losing since April (from 206.6 to 177 as of last Monday). I feel I've made progress but I still feel seriously...fat, albeit smaller. :/ I have a bit of muscle, but not very much and I cannot, for the life of me, get rid of these "moobs". But I'm sure it'll come once I hit a lower BF%. Here are my stats:
Age: 21
Height: 5'8-5'9
Weight: 177.0 lbs (as of Monday)
As to how I've lost, I've been eating in a deficit constantly, haven't been cheating any meals, and have been biking pretty hard about 3x a week. Haven't been lifting but I'm planning on starting today.
Also any tips/advice from people who have lost on how to avoid problems like loose skin, best way to go about losing it, supplements they used, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

My top, top weight was 220. I bought one of those body fat/hydration/bone mass reading scales (not sure how accurate it is), and my readings are 23.1 % body fat.
And that's great news, I'm terrified of having loose skin.
Can anyone think of anything that I should add to what I'm doing? I've literally lost this weight by eating clean (literally no junk food like pop, candy, chocolate, etc.) + eating only when my stomach growls, drinking a TON of water and biking a few times a week (when I bike, I generally go 30-60km at about a 28-30kmh pace). I'm debating incorporating strength training (I've been recommended by a few people on here to do it, but I still wonder if I should just keep at 100% cutting until I feel ready to "bulk").
And another thing, does anyone have enough first-hand experience with fat loss to know if I will be able to lose the moobs? Maybe it's just a physical disorder, but I guess everyone who has chest fat feels like they have gynecomastia, including myself. I've carried the weight up there all my life, I'm just wondering if it's possible (has been done) where someone has lost that and actually has a flat chest now.

New lifters can gain muscle mass even on a cut. More muscle mass==better body fat percentage at the same weight. THat is, you won't have to cut as long or as low.
