Estimation please...6'1", 178 lbs. I'm at the weird stage, where if I flex my abs, they look awful, but unflexed, they look half decent. I can't really get a decent picture, but I have the typical fat on lower abs thing going on. Thanks.

201 6'2, down from 320.
2k calories a day(200gP, ~140gC, ~50gF), 3 weightlifting days, 2 yoga, 2 parkour/breakdancing.
Trying to get a flat(rid of muffin top at least) in 6 weeks, is this possible? Should I do a lean bulk or continue on deficit, or eat at more deficit? I can kinda see my abs, esp in the morning, not sure if it's represented well in pics. So body fat and any other recommendations welcome!Last edited by Mystai; 07-18-2014 at 08:34 AM.

Body fat %
So I'm 16 6'0-6'1 and 156 I've lost 30 lbs. I'm under the impression that I shouldn't cut down anymore because i haven't got much to cut down too(newbie and not much muscle) what is the best thing I can do?
At the moment I try to eat around maintenance and weight lift.
I don't exactly want to bulk and get fatter but if it's the best thing to do then so be it.
All criticism and tips are appreciated!
I'm also curious about my body fat so input thank you in advance.

Hey I'm new here and this is my first post. I was wondering if there was any way that I could get an estimate on my %. I used biometrical impedance a couple times and it said just a few months ago that I was around 13.4%. I've heard that these are terribly inaccurate and I in no way look like I'm 13% (In my opinion). Would anyone be able to give me a solid guesstimate? I'm about 5'8" and 162lbs. All pictures are unflexed. Thanks in advance!

Hi guys,
I would really appreciate a guestimate. 5'11 65.7 kgs.
Scale says 20%, dodgy calipers say high mid teens, and an online tape measure guide said about 9. It definately isn't the lat
I am on light workouts and cardio due to back and hip issues. Coming right though and going to start making progress :-).Last edited by Phiri; 07-18-2014 at 08:05 PM.

Height 5ft 6
Weight 145lbs
Could I please have a body fat estimation. Also, a couple of questions. How much weight (roughly) do I have to lose to reach 12% bf? Will I look okay at 12% or unhealthily skinny?
Thanks in advance

Here's three pictures of me currently. I don't have any calipers or other measurement tools yet but based on the navy body fat percent estimator I think I'm about 21%? (24% for females?) Would like a better estimate though if there's one out there for when I do get calipers to know what my starting point really is.
5'5" 114lbs.
Relaxed picture censored because I was born female
Living/building as a guy though
Second two photos are flexed
Thanks

5'9 150. My abs are weird, the top two are really small and kinda hard to see due the shadow from my chest, but they exist. Thanks

Can you guys hook me up with a body fat estimation please? I really have no idea where I am at. Thinking mid 30's? What do you all think? Thanks in advance for the replies.

About 25%
15-18%, keep cutting a little more.
Great progress. Around 20%
14-15%
12-13%
22-24%
18-20%
Pic are kind of small, but I would say 18-20%
20% sounds about right.
25-27%
Somewhere between 25-30%. Calipers are impossible to use accurately on yourself. You need someone to do it for you and they need to know what they are doing. Best bet for simply tracking progress is to use the tape method. You only need to measure you neck and waist. The number may not be super accurate, but for progress tracking it is fine.
You look like 25-30%. You would need to lose about 20lbs and hold on to what ever muscle you have to get to somewhere near 12%. You will look skinny at 12%, but good a hard to say. It is in the eye of the beholder. I think it is a good goal to get to before slowly bulking.
