Well that would mean I still have plenty of room for improvement. I got a body scan done about 3 months ago & it said I was 23% however I have gotten noticeably more defined since then, so 20% does tie in with that.

When you have been overweight for a long time & then lost a lot, it is hard to be impartial. When I look in the mirror, all I see is Arnold looking back......

I think 20% is definitely too high. I would put you more around 15-16%.

Good job on the weight loss, that's like losing a whole person lol. You look to be around 25%. I'm not sure what your current weight lose pace is but for someone with your stats 1.5lbs per week is a good target. So you could conceivably lose 25 lbs in 4 months. You might have a chance of seeing something by then if you have the muscle mass under there. Only one way to find out.

After ~1 week of using MFP and using the goals you set. I know there's not much expected but I kinda want to keep myself accountable.

I've only used body fat scales and says i'm around 17% would you agree? ideally i'd like to get to a nice ripped body from around 11-14% how long would you expect this to take?

So I've been cutting for the last few months and was 157ish estimated around 16-17% BF. I am now around 149 30.5 waist, and I don't think I've lost too much muscle as I've gotten stronger during the cut.
