I've been cutting since late March, I started at 208, now i'm at 176.8

Can someone please help, Im new to cutting/bulking and bodybuilding in general. I currently in a clean bulking and hoping to stop at 165 (Started at 154) and cut back down to 161-159 before bulking again. But I need someone to tell me what my bf range is and if I should continue bulking I will def rep for helping/informative comments.

Currently deployed to Afghanistan. Been estimating body fat using the military tape method, which is wayyy generous. Gave me results of 12% which I know I'm not. Just got some calipers, got 19.1%. Still getting used to pinching the skin properly, belly is easy because that's what I want to lose, but thing is almost impossible to get a skin fold. Anyway, 19.1% sound about right?

I weigh 182 right now at night when taking this pic. I look A LOT better than I did just a few days ago at the same bodyweight simply from cleaning my diet up so I don't have a bloated look anymore. I feel a lot better already from following a good diet. I've been wanting to cut for awhile. I did for 2 weeks then went on vacation and went into a class that catered lunch everyday at work. I want to be 7% bodyfat. At 165 last year I got tested at 23.6%. Am I this high here? I am flexing AS HARD as possible here.Last edited by musclehead09; 07-06-2014 at 06:13 PM.
