Are sites online that ask for measurements such as height, weight, waist size etc. generally accurate for BF% estimates? Or can they be way off?
Cant post a link due to post count but the one I've come across is called "webcalcsolutions" body fat estimation

~11-12%. Hard to believe you're 190, you carry weight well. Summer is coming, why not cut a little more and show off?
~10%
~15%
~13%
I'd guess high teens.

Hi Everyone, I've been cutting for 5 months. So far I don't know my BF %. Please help me estimating my current BF %.
Start :
Height: 5 ft 6.5 in (169 cm)
Weight: 156.53 lbs (71 Kg)
Waist: 34.64 in (88 cm)
Now:
Height: 5 ft 6.5 in (169 cm)
Weight: 136.68 lbs (62 kg)
Waist: 32.28 in (82 cm)
Also in my current state, should I cutting more or start bulking?
Many Thanks.

hey guys i think im sitting at around 20% would be really greatful if someone could enlighten me.
I have never been lean in my life and have really started applying myself to loosing bodyfat, I have lost just over 10lbs in 3 weeks and have now started to slow down as I do not want to compensate any more lean body mass.
I am 6ft 2
and currently sitting at 205lbs
any estimates will be greatfully recieved
pics attachedJust got back to lifting after 3 years off!
Current lifts;
Bench press - 220lbs (100kg)
Squat - 400lbs (180kg)
Deadlift - 450lbs (205kg)
