trying to cut a little bit of last belly fat, maintenance is ~2500kcals (6feet, 172 lbs).
breakfast 100gr oatmeal + coffee
snack apple
lunch 250gr cottage cheese + banana
snack apple + a pear
dinner 2 egg omelette cooked in olive oil with another cup of cottage cheese 250gr.
snack ~50-60 almonds
totaling daily 1800 kcals.
I'm doing calisthenics and like i said trying to lose weight. I workout 3x a week and work in an office where i'm on the phone all day aswell. Any thoughts?

Are you in prison op? looks like a prison diet...
what happens if one day you dont fancy cottage cheese? or almonds? or an omlette?
what happens if one day you head out for a meal with the family or fancy yourself an icecream at the beach?
following the same diet plan every day is just a cop out excuse for not learning proper nutrition.
