Hi everyone, newbie here. My background is this. I used to train to a decent level and have a very good body but let it all go 5 years ago. Im now a chubby bulky type physique.
Now ive started training again doing cardio 4 times a week and weights 3 times a week in a proper weights routine.
My question is can I start taking creatine now as some days I train twice a day weights then rugby or my own cardio at night.
I need to lose 3 stone. Im very good with weights routines and always see great improvement once i gte back into it.
I have some EAS creatine ready to use. Also whats the best way to take it nowadays. I need to load up on it don't I.

No need to load if you don't want to. Most people notice large strength increases after loading though, so to load...
Take 20 grams of creatine daily, for 4 days. Divide this into 4 5 gram doses.
After that, just take a 5 gram per day maintanence dose.
If you don't want to load, just start at the 5 gram/day dose.// blog: androsForm.com
