Alright boys and girls, its time for a friendly competition for those of us who are 250lbs and higher.
I will create and update the spreadsheet every week and post it to the thread so look for it after each weight-in deadline.
The start of the competition and deadline to join would be Friday, April 18th. (PM me and might make a an exception)
To join, either PM me or post in the thread and let me know.

A few mandatory rules to follow to make this easy to manage:
-PM your weight every Friday by noon (UTC-8 For those of you who are outside of North America)(3pm Eastern time for those of you on East Coast)
-When you PM me your weight, write it in both the title and message. Nothing else. Leave the Hi, Hello, Thanks and similar messages for inside the thread.
-If you miss 3 weight-ins, you are out.
-PM your weight with 1 decimal in pounds (Not kg or stone, sorry)
-If you decide to dropout, please PM me so I can remove your name.

And some optional rules:
-Take a front and side pic of yourself (relaxed) holding a newspaper from the 1st week of the competition and either post them to your bodyspace or just keep it in your computer.
-Update your Bodyspace stats as often as you can.
-Posting/Discussions in the thread are encouraged.
-A little bit of background/rant or whatever else you want to share would be nice.

I started out 1 year ago at 330. I was bulking and strong as phuk. Bench was 495 squat at was 635. Dead was 600. Down to 268 and retained almost all my strength. Wanna get down to 230 be shredded

I'll join if you'll have me. I'd been going at it hard but I fizzled have been slacking hard tge past 2 months... I think it's been like 2 week or more since iv seen the gym
started december 16th 2010 at 447 pounds goal of 260 pounds and under 15%bf lost 150 pounds, never going back
never quit, you can do this.
