    true brah. I've been lifting for about 9 months. I couldn't squat for about 2.5 of those months because of a torn quad and bruised tailbone. My squat is 335.

    Ye, hate injuries, hate the fact that I keep stretching, watch hundreds of vids on proper form and make sure I lift with proper form and a weight that I can handle, yet still somehow get injuried.
