Basically,hit and miss,until you find food that works food you
I did the same,ate damn oatmeal,because everyone did,while it did not digest well

According to this ;
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/fitn...l?mcid=youtube
Which is the link to the video's original article, it's from Dec 2013.
The profile next to article states he's 28 but he was born in 1984, which leaves him at the age of 29~30.Last edited by RoroCwalker; 04-12-2014 at 12:45 PM.

Huge Feroce fan. That 6 part series that MD did a while back was awesome. He blew his first showing in the open class, and had made the decision to go open because he felt like he was killing himself to make the 202s.
Rumor was that although Seth said he wasn't feeling right during his prep for the Valenti Cup, Hany basically told him to keep going and "suck it up" and the result was Seth's health going into serious decline and him withdrawing from competition after his poor showing.
Whether it was diuretics/protocols or even true is something that is only speculation to the outside world, but in most cases kidney damage is the one thing that bodybuilders usually back out from and don't mess with.
I hope he's healthy and happy and with the new 212 class could find a comfortable medium. It's pretty hard not to like Seth and his physique when dialed in would make top 5 at any 212 show imo.
