So we all know how much water we need to drink and also how important sleep/repair is for our progress... so how "bad" is it that my sleep keeps getting disrupted 1-2 times a night for a bathroom break?!

I am with the other commenters above, it happens to me once a night generally speaking and I do not feel like it is anything to worry about so long as the length of my overall sleep is still consistent with the 8 hour model.
