    Do most of you mix your protein with milk or water?

    I know most of you probably use water but I can't stand the taste without milk.

    Are there any proteins that taste better with water then most? I would like to eliminate the extra calories from the milk but the taste is so much better with milk

    I use water, although sometimes I use a 25% milk 75% water mix if its in a blender cos it froths up and is much nicer. it also depends on my macros and calories for the day...

    I use water. Blends are best with water IMO. The thickness makes them great in water. Both Phase8 & UP 2.0 are amazing in water. Literally only thing I use with both. If you have access to a blender, use water and a couple of ice cubes, makes it like a milk shake.

    I cut out cows milk in all percentages. Been using water and unsweetened almond milk for a while. Almond milk goes well with just about any protein powder and water makes a thinner shake but isn't bad for alot of powders out there right now except ON, which is almost tasteless but there's a reason for that.

    I use water during the day and skim milk post-workout. Protein powders definitely taste better in milk, but water is much more convenient and adds nothing to it caloric wise.

    Milk. Tastes so much better, 10-15g of extra protein depending on how much you use. The 100-150cals ain't gonna hurt. I don't see why not. I've used Almond Milk when cutting, but it doesn't compare to regular milk, taste wise. Granted, I used the 30cal unsweetened...

    Srsly Whole milk all the way, makes all my shakes taste like milk shakes. I've always been slowly bulking but if I ever cut then I might use water.
