Do most of you mix your protein with milk or water?

Are there any proteins that taste better with water then most? I would like to eliminate the extra calories from the milk but the taste is so much better with milk

You can drink low fat milk to reduce calories. Don't forget that milk also adds about extra 14 grams of protein. Milk is awesome!

my skim milk is 90 cals a serving, 6 g of sugar and 12g of protein. its the goat milk

I usually start with 2 cups of milk then try 1 cup milk/1 cup water the next time. I keep trying to make water more dominant as long as I like the taste.

I would love to get my hands on goat milk. My uncle has a goat farm and I had to milk goats a couple if times. Goat milk straight from the teat is the best.

Usually with water but I use milk sometimes too depends on the day and if I feel I need more "stuff" in my daily intake that day because I won't be able to eat or take something or whatever (you get the idea right? ) .

Taste wise I don't mind either but milk def makes it better bc it's more of a shake than a drink of course .

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk. 30 calories never tasted so good.

Of course, if you use Ultra Peptide protein powder, water works just fine. Other proteins, your mileage may vary.

I ONLY mix it with water. I can't stand the texture when mixed with milk, not to mention the difference in taste sometimes changes for the worse. But that's just me.

Usually I need to take a shake on the go because I go to class after the gym so milk really isn't an option anyways for me. Although, when I do have the opportunity to mix with milk I still opt for water.
