I actually try to get my obese friends to go workout and tell them to hop on SS or something to get them to move. But some obese people I do have problems with talk a whole buncha chit about people trying to change themselves and most of the time try to undermine their efforts by saying how easy it would be to "just go to the gym and do some reps" or by calling people that are in shape stupid. Uwotm8 as if you can't be intelligent if you lift.

We never said they couldnt complain about it. Doing things that take effort often make somebody want to vent and complain. Go for it. That being said its pretty easy to lose 30lbs when you are fat as **** compared to losing 15-20lbs when you are already SOMEWHAT lean. the difference between cutting from 14% bodyfat to 7% bodyfat is far different than going from 35% bodyfat to 20% bodyfat

If you are fat as **** it is because you are lazy. It takes EXTREMELY MINIMAL effort to be between 15-20% bodyfat given you do not have some rare condition.

You are making a pretty solid assumption right here that people that say fat people dont care about their health binge on alcohol and do other drugs. Sure some people do that, some of us get drunk once a weekend, not all of us go get blackout hammered 3 times a week and smoke weed twice a week along with taking acid and e because its fun.

Judging someone to be a douche because they lift weights is not a fair assumption to make whatsoever, thats a judgement of straight character. Judging someone fat to not care about their health or be lazy in regards to physical activity is a rather fair judgement to make. Why do you become obese? Is it from doing activities and caring for your health? No. its from the opposite unless you have a rare condition. Now if you judged them to be stupid, an *******, or even a sweet person - those would be pretty unfair assumptions to make.



That being said I dont really care to judge people who are obese. If they want to be fat then go for it, maybe they just like the taste of food more than they would enjoy living an extra 5-10 years on the ****ty side of life (the old half) and dont care how they look. yeah man, I do. It should be common sense that the way a person who weighs 500 pounds is eating isn't at all correct. I don't have any experience with dieting down to get completely shredded but I do know that you have to be extremely nitpicky about what you eat, whereas dieting down to a healthier weight comes down to you being knowledgeable enough to eat like a normal, non-gluttonous person

I don't have any experience with dieting down to get completely shredded but I do know that you have to be extremely nitpicky about what you eat, whereas dieting down to a healthier weight comes down to you being knowledgeable enough to eat like a normal, non-gluttonous person
